This is not an indispensable requirement, since there is parking capacity for more than 4,000 vehicles at our facilities, but it is advisable to do so in order to speed up the procedures at reception and hence reach the airport terminal sooner.

No, you do not need to pay either when making your online booking or when you enter the car park on the day you arrive. You pay the price when you pick up your car on the last day. You can pay in cash of by any debit or credit card.
This is not an indispensible requirement but is very important in order to speed up your check-in at our reception. You can print out the form when you have made your booking online, otherwise print out the e-mail you receive by email. However, your booking details are recorded in your name, with your licence plate or ID document, so you can access your booking details by computer.
This is not an indispensible requirement if you do not want to leave them. Leaving your keys means that everything is so much easier for you and saves you a lot of time because you just need to leave your car in the area at reception assigned for vehicles and you can forget all about it: our drivers will help you load your luggage into the minibus. Leave your keys with us once your booking has been processed and we issue you a numbered ticket-receipt. Our valets will take your car inside the car park and carry out any service or repairs you may have contracted. On your departure day you will find your car waiting for you beside reception.
In Terminal 1 (T1) the collection point is next to Car Park, and in terminal 2 (T2) the collection point is next to the bus stop between terminals B and C. Our drivers will confirm this when they drop you off on your departure day. If for any reason this changes ( due to restrictions, building works...) we will inform you when you call us to advise you have arrived.
Yes, it is highly recommendable to avoid any unnecessary waiting and to confirm your exact pick-up point. Even though we record your planned arrival time and the flight number, if you have given us this information when making your booking, by calling us we can ensure the best possible coordination. Call the phone number shown on your ticket-receipt when the plane has landed and you are in the terminal, if you have no luggage, or while you are waiting to pick it up.
The official T3 parking rate (€ 7.95/day) is always for full days and we do not bill fractions amounts for hours. However we allow a margin of 4 extra hours before we begin to count a new parking day. This means, for the first 24 hours + 4 hours, the charge is € 7.95 or, for the first 48 hours + 4 hours, 2 x € 7.95 is charged, and so on.
There is no problem. Just show your ID document so that we can check that your details are the same as those in the car park booking.
Yes, you are offered the possibility of contracting these services when booking online or by phone. You will see the relevant amount is included separately in the booking amount.
Yes, if you ring our Call Center we will give you advice and you can book these services, always depending on the time your car will be in the car park and your acceptance of the estimate that you must sign at reception on the day of your departure flight.
